Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days.

HOW DO WE SHIP?

We ship using a variety of forwarders including but not restricted to TOLL and E- PARCEL POST. Due to the nature of our product, not all products can be shipped by Post.

All delivery times are indications only.

HOME ADDRESS DELIVERY

Because we usually use Road Transport due to the nature of our products, we cannot send goods to a PO Box and it would be ideal (not essential) if the desired address has someone available to sign for the delivery of the goods.

DELAY

On rare occasions there may be a delay due to a high demand of orders or system complications from our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We will work with you on any reasonable claim subject to below.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of the invoice date,

  • No claim will be accepted on special order products for any reason

  • No refund or exchange is offered on clearance or closeout stock

  • No refund for change of mind

  • No claim will be processed on new products where packaging has been damaged or defected and not in saleable condition. 

REFUND POLICY

Platinum Cricket reserves the right to exchange or repair before a refund will be considered. 

HANDLING DISCREPENCIES

Shortages, incorrect product and or damage in transit must be reported immediately. If you have a claim, please follow the below procedure.
